A propos du poste
The aim of the Housekeeping Manager is to maintain the customer and back office areas in keeping with service quality, and to ensure customer comfort.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, and for ensuring that all department procedures are properly applied.
She/he supervises the various projects and their smooth running with the Executive Assistants, and ensures that each member of her/his team has the training required to carry out her/his work under optimum conditions.
He/she works with his/her Department Manager as well as with all hotel departments and management.
He/she must carry out his/her work in accordance with our company's standards, paying attention to guests' needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
The General Housekeeper must be qualified and experienced in organization and service, demonstrate very good team spirit, have excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills to lead and supervise his/her team.

Essential functions :
Manage and supervise the Gouvernante Service team under his/her own responsibility in order to offer guests a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.
Responsible for preparing rooms for VIP guests.
1. Lead the day's various briefings with the Housekeepers.
Vos missions

• Nettoyage des chambres en départ pour les nouveaux clients et les recouches pendant le séjour du client tout en respectant les séquences de service et les standards Four Seasons en fonction des attentes et préférences de nos clients Utiliser les produits de nettoyage de façon appropriée en fonction des différents matériaux et surfaces à nettoyer et faire bon usage du matériel mis à disposition pour nettoyer la chambre tel que l'aspirateur, la mope etc, et utiliser des gants pour chaque utilisation de produits de nettoyage Tenir à jour le rapport des chambres de sa journée et vérifier que ce dernier soit cohérent (noms des clients, recouches, départs Assister le/la gouvernant(e) dans la coordination quotidienne des équipes de Housekeeping (femmes/valets de chambre, équipiers La liste des tâches précisées ci-dessus n'est pas exhaustive, votre fonction supposera une adaptation constante à des situations de forte activité et de gestion spécifique de relations clients Profil
• Permis de travail valide pour travailler en France ou passeport européen requis

Conditions

• Contrat saisonnier de 39 heures par semaine
• Salaire communiqué pendant l'entretien
• Uniforme fourni et blanchi
